EVENT CALENDAR
ANNUAL MEETING:
Our new Bylaws include an ANNUAL MEETING as part of our operating structure. We chose March for that meeting but are looking at for a day that will accommodate the most possible people who would like to attend. This date will be posted as soon as it is established. Anyone wishing to attend is cordially invited! Depending on the number of people attending it is our intention to hold this meeting in the Chaplain's office.
HEALTH INSURANCE SIGN UPS:
Rebecca Anderson is a Certified Agent with Affordable Care and a Broker with Word & Brown. This service is free of charge and individuals and families are welcome to have their individual situation assessed and an application submitted. The Affordable Care website also calculates eligibility for MediCal as well. MediCal can be applied for anytime during the year. Appointments are in the Chaplain's office (same building as the Hubbard office).
Eligibility for Affordable Care or MediCal:
The key factors for eligibility are:
Proof of Income: Tax Return or Pay stub
Legal Presence: Driver's License, Green Card, Passport or other documentation
California residency (Medical) California Drivers License, utility bill in your name, other documentation showing California residency

FOOD & CLOTHING GIVE AWAY:
Food, clothing and other personal or house hold items are received and distributed outside the Chaplain's office at Golden Gate Fields. A huge thanks to Ellen Jackson of Victory Rose training center for her continuing support. Ellen brings regular donations of food from stores. This service helps our community save on food expenses and is a very popular service.
Mondays fresh food items are offered at the Chaplain's office.
BIBLE STUDY AT GOLDEN GATE FIELDS:
Bible Study at the Chaplain's office at Golden Gate Fields. Day and time to be announced.
MONDAY EVENING @ 5:00 PM: Spanish Bible Study in the Chaplain's office at Golden Gate Fields.
TUESDAY EVENING @ 5:30 PM Bible Study in Pleasanton.
EVERY 4TH WEDNESDAY@ 6PM in Bible Study at the Paddock Club in the grandstand at Golden Gate Fields, conducted by Caminando En La Fe
FRIDAY EVENING @ 6:30 PM Scripture and Prayer in the Paddock Club Joel Ramos from Alianza Church from Richmond, California offers a meal every 4th Friday
Sunday: Dollar Day RTCA will be working the beer sales. Management donates $1,000 each time we do this. Anyone interested in being a volunteer should contact Rob Cochran for details.
